Products and Custom Work

Many products are created with 3D-printing processes. Minor layer lines, surface texture, color variation, and small differences between photographs and finished items are normal characteristics of this process and are not necessarily defects. Product dimensions and colors are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Custom work may require specifications, files, measurements, design approval, and payment before production begins. You are responsible for reviewing and approving provided details or proofs. Changes requested after approval or production begins may involve additional charges or may not be possible.

User-Provided Files and Content

When you provide files, images, logos, text, or other content, you represent that you own them or have permission to use them and to authorize us to reproduce them for your order. We may decline projects that appear to infringe intellectual-property rights or that are unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with our business policies.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices, availability, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and approved custom-work charges will be shown or communicated before payment. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.

We may correct pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delivery timing may be affected by carriers, weather, address errors, supply availability, and other circumstances outside our control. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale items generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order. Contact us promptly if there is a problem so we can review it.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand names, logos, original photographs, written content, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Soft Thorn Prints LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction, resale-design, or commercial-use rights unless we agree in writing.

Safety and Intended Use

Use products only for their described purpose and follow any care or safety instructions supplied with them. Unless expressly identified otherwise, products are decorative and are not certified for food contact, medical use, protective equipment, structural applications, or unsupervised use by young children. Keep small parts away from children and pets.
