FAQs
1. Do you personally make everything you sell?
Yes, I do. Every product sold through Soft Thorn Prints LLC is printed in my studio. I work from my own original designs, trusted 3D design collaborations, client-submitted files for custom projects, and properly licensed commercial files. Everything is produced legally and ethically, with care and attention to detail.
2. Are there limitations on what can be 3D printed?
Size can sometimes be a factor, but many larger items can be printed in sections and assembled after printing. I do not print items that are illegal, unsafe, or harmful, including firearms or regulated weapon components as I do not have an FFL.
If you have an idea in mind, I’m always happy to talk it through and help determine what’s possible.
3. Can I return an item?
Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or feel something wasn’t represented accurately, I will accept the return and cover return shipping.
If you have another reason for a return, just send an email to returns@softthornprintsllc.com and we’ll work through it together.
4. Do you offer a warranty?
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please let me know right away and I’ll replace it.
3D printed products are durable, but like most materials, they can be damaged if mishandled. Issues outside of shipping damage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I’ll always aim to be fair.
5. What quality control measures are in place?
Quality is personal to me. Every item is inspected after printing before it ships. If I see even a small flaw, I reprint it. My reputation is tied to every product that leaves the studio, and I take that seriously.
