Shipping & Returns

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, carrier rates, and destination. Soft Thorn Prints LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to USPS or UPS.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

If a product arrives defective or materially different from its description, Soft Thorn Prints LLC will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the item.

For all other returns, approval is required prior to shipment. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Soft Thorn Prints LLC.

Warranty

Damage caused during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs of the packaging and product.

Soft Thorn Prints LLC does not warranty damage caused by misuse, improper handling, modification, normal wear, or accidental breakage.

Warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of Soft Thorn Prints LLC.
